DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

**PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE SHIPPING DELAYS**

Australia Post & Sendle are currently extremely busy and there are major delays in shipping times. If you have ordered from outside Western Australia please expect your order could take longer than timeframes below. THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

AUSTRALIA
Standard Shipping = $14.95
Express Shipping = $29.95

Rural Shipping = 24.95 

We may need to issue further invoice for the correct shipping method if required.

If you would prefer a refund of the item a restocking fee will apply.

FREE REGULAR SHIPPING for orders over $169.95* excluding large/heavy items.

Some of our products are quite expensive for us to post, so a $29.95 fee applies to our larger/heavy items. You will see in the description on these items there is a note to say it is a larger item and please select 'Large Item' delivery option at the checkout. Free shipping does not apply for large items.

 

IN STORE PICK UP

If you have chosen in store pick-up we will get your order ready and then send an email or text message when it's ready for collection. Keep an eye on your inbox and check your junk folder as well - just in case! 

Orders can be collected from our new Aster Collective store across from Super Amart.

AUSTRALIA please allow 5-15 business days for delivery as Australia Post & Sendle sometimes takes this long to reach certain areas as we post from WA.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
WA please allow 1-3 business days for delivery
AUSTRALIA please allow 1-4 business days for delivery

Even though we can get your order packed quickly and sent out for delivery with the courier, we unfortunately are not ourselves a courier company. We have no control over the length of time your parcel takes to arrive once it leaves our hands. If you have an issue with the length of delivery times please contact us so we can pass on your complaint to the actual courier company.

In the rare event of a missing or delayed parcel, please contact us asap. We always do our very best to help locate your parcel and sort the problem out for you.

If you are ordering from over east in Australia, please remember we are actually located in Western Australia so longer delivery times apply to get across the country. We are sorry for this and know it is annoying, but it is unfortunately out of our control. We try to send orders with which ever courier company has the best times and rates.

   

You will receive an email when your order is on its way, but please expect delays in shipping times.
