🔄 Returns – Change of Mind or Fit Issues

We offer store credit (not refunds) for:

  • Items that don’t suit or fit
  • Change-of-mind purchases

 

📦 Returning Online Orders

Shipped orders

  • Email us at hello@asterandruby.com.au within 7 days of delivery for return authorization
  • Once approved, please return your item within 7 days using a tracked postage service
  • Return postage is at your expense

In-store collection orders

  • Exchange in-store within 14 days of order fulfilment, or
  • Email within 7 days of fulfilment for return authorization to post the item back

 

🛍 Returning In-Store Purchases

  • Bring your item to any store for exchange within 14 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is required

 

🔧 Item Issues – Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect

Oh no! If your order isn’t quite right:

  • Email us at hello@asterandruby.com.au within 3 days of receiving your item
  • Include clear photos and a quick summary of the issue
    We’ll do our very best to make it right.

 

đźš« Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Pacifiers and teething toys (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items (including markdowns and any seasonal discount codes)
  • Pre-orders (these are final sale)
  • Orders where checkout was completed with incorrect details or missed discount codes
  • Items purchased as part of a multi-buy offer if partial returns affect the overall discount

Note: Store credits from eligible returns are valid for 3 years.
