At Aster & Ruby we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please contact us.
If you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from us, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase (in store) or 30 days of delivery (online) and we will gladly offer you a credit note or exchange equal to the amount of your original purchase (minus any shipping costs)
Please keep in mind we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase. If you are purchasing online and are unsure about a product, please contact us so we can help you with your purchase.
To return an item for an exchange or credit note, please make sure the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact. For swimwear, hygiene stickers must be intact. You will also need your original receipt as proof of purchase. Please note, there are no returns on BIBS pacifiers.
If you do not have proof of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a credit note or exchange.
Please also keep your proof of purchase in the case of a faulty item. We will offer an exchange, repair of item, credit note or refund in the event an item proves faulty.
For online purchases, it is the customers responsibility to get the item back to us, either by post or in person and the customer must cover any costs involved in doing so. Exchanges/credit notes do not cover shipping costs so if you could like an exchange please keep in mind the amount will be for the returned products only.
